RENTAL PROCESS AND ON-LINE ORDERING

Phoneworks (GPW) makes renting a phone easy. We can handle last minute orders.
Simply follow these steps to enjoy the peace of mind and convenience of a
Global Phoneworks phone.

Rental

2. Submit, fax, or
mail the Order Form to GPW.
|
3. A GPW
representative will e-mail you to confirm your rental within four business
hours after receipt of your order. Please review the details of your rental for
accuracy.

4. You will receive your phone via overnight carrier by the date you entered on the order form. If no date is entered, you will receive the phone one business day prior to the departure date entered on the order form. Be sure to save the GPW box for return shipping.

| Place the contents of the GPW kit in the box provided. Attach the prepaid return label to the box. |
| Payment |
1. When the phone is shipped to you, we will charge your credit card fully refundable deposit of $300.00. We will include a receipt for the transaction.

2. Thirty days after we receive the phone back from you, we will reconcile your rental and usage charges based on bills that we have received from our providers. For most of our travelers, this will be the final bill. Invoice copies and receipts are mailed to
the address listed on your order form.

3. If any other call data is reported to us after your initial reconciliation, we will charge your credit card in intervals of
thirty days for the extra calls. You will receive receipts for all transactions.

Global Phoneworks reserves the right to process interim billing if charges exceed $500.00 for any rental period.
We also reserve the right to suspend service at any time during the rental period if we are unable to collect funds from form of payment provided.
